Good Evening Alex:
After finishing the peony, I wanted to show the gardenia in several stages of opening. I used a typical flower with the swirl in the center with super curled petals, Also carved another with fully opened petals showing the center. My photo had 6 tiny tiny strings coming from a tightly closed cluster of 4 mounded shapes. After that I’m carving a partly hidden flower and a bud with leaves to fit into the cup of the Hashemi Flowers. I had to sorta make an oblong oval to get enough wood for the bud to go outside of the original cup. It’s going quite well. You were right. After the peony, these flowers were much easier.
Thanks for everything.

Hi Roy, Peony is the hardest and takes the longest.
