Very nice course I’ve learned alot using only one knife (and a gauge for finishing). Although I made a pretty different dragon design my self for this, hope that’s ok 😉
Yes it is ok. The goal is to show technique. You can use this technique in your own designs.
Cutting board complete! This helped my sketching as well. I added many leaves/ feathers. It’s amazing what you can do with a knife. Good one!!

Great project! I’m all done. I have started with the Corinthian Acanthus leaf already. I mess up with the cooking of the onions and had to get more first to redo it. Thank you very much Alex. I had So much fun doing it.
