Good morning,
Hope all Is well with you.
I love the class and courses so far!!!
I am looking at expanding my gouge collection and would like your suggestion for what will serve me best as I go through the school of woodcarving.
I started about a year ago with figure carving (Santa carver). So my tools are all on the smaller side. I am looking at purchasing three large gouges what would you suggest I add. (My collection is primarily Pfiel and I love them) So, from what I have gathered from your classes I was looking at the #3F (fishtail) and (#9or#11) both 25mm a #7a(spoon) 18mm. I am also buying a back bent #25-10mm. Was going to try to stay below 30mm because pfiel price increases about 10-20$ after 30mm.
