Good Evening Alex:
We never covered how the outside of the Main Grid was supposed to be carved. I’ve searched and went back over segments that might have something. Couldn’t find anything.
So, what is the outside of the large main grid supposed to be? I’m starting the 2nd layer also. I’m surprized how much of that intricate work is going to be covered. I was thinking how great the open places in the Gringling Gibbons Maine School piece let the underlying work be seen and am thinking of how that can be worked into the second layer.
This is a challenging piece to give creativity a change to be explored.
Looking forward to the Mark Adams school and another Gringling Gibbons work.
