Is that a palm chisel pfeil, is it strong enough for mallet? Or safe only for slow mallet pounding?

Yes. You are correct. It is safe for just a light pounding. But it is NOT made for heavy mallet work.

Thank you sir, in your experience, do i need to regrind the bevel to work with a hardwood like teak…? Thank you again😁😁
