Alex,

I’ve been through all of these design videos (first 3 chapters so far). This is one of the best explanations I’ve seen. I have 3 or 4 books on the golden ratio, golden proportions. I don’t recall any f them talking about golden points of the Baroque and Sinister lines.

Q: In your example ((Design principles for wood carving 2) of the baroque and sinister lines, is that for a “western, top dominant” design? Does the placement on those lines change for Eastern or lower dominant designs?

Alex, if the Baroque diagonal rises to the right is that for westerners?
Earlier you said easterners see it opposite. Would that mean the Baroque would be rising to the left for them or is it not an issue?
