I really appreciate seeing how you dealt with the unintended break in the cross grain leaf during the undercutting process. Reshaping the broken leaf end so that the whole leaf sloped downward was very creative and it looks fine, maybe even better. Anyone who has been a woodworker knows that turning a mistake into an opportunity to improve the design of a piece is all part of being a craftsman (and staying out of trouble). Thanks for the excellent lessons.
