Does it matter a lot the number 12 on this knife or it could be another number like 1 or 2?
what is the difference?

Any knife will work, it is just my personal preference. I have over 20 different knives but find myself reaching #12 most of the time.

I just picked up a beavercraft c6 chip carving knife.. Seems nice what are your thoughts on this knife? If you don’t mind.

Hi, firstly I’m extremely happy to have found this course, I enjoy your teaching style.
For some reason Amazon in the UK doesn’t stock the Pfeil knife you recommend, so I was wondering if you could recommend another brand that is equally as good. Thank you.
